What lights do you offer track for?

We have track for Govee Permanent Outdoor Lights. This includes version 1, version 2, and Elite (as the lights are all the same physical size).

We also have our PRO track for Govee Pro Lights.

How long does shipping take?

We aim to ship out your order as soon as we can, but in the busy season it can take a few days if the item is in stock.

We ship using Fedex Ground. Contact us if you would like Fedex air shipping, but expect to pay 2 - 4x as much - as this is our cost from Fedex.

Can I pick up my order?

Sorry, we don't offer this anymore and we do not make exceptions.

We do not have a physical store front - and the pick up situation resulted in some stolen orders last year.

Your order will be shipped or dropped off.

Do you offer custom colours?

No at this time. In 2026 we plan to offer un-painted track. For now, we recommend ordering white and painting it with a quality metal spray paint.

What if an item is out of stock?

Depending on how many current order we have we may allow pre-orders.

As we approach too many to fulfil before Christmas we may no longer take pre-orders to avoid disappointing customers.

Are you drop shipping?

No, our stock is in Canada. And your order is shipped from Canada. There are no custom fees or brokerage fees for you to pay due to this.
